YourPosition

YourPosition enables young people to locate places that have current job positions available, these are sent as a notification alert on their mobile device. As soon as the user enters into a certain location, the app searches for vacancies over a certain mileage of radius from their current position. As well as sending vacancy alerts it also rates them in urgency or importance, for example it would be of a bigger brighter alert if the application date was near or after setting up the app with your dream job specification it will also search for aspects of your spec that will relate to sending urgent attention alerts that are related exactly to the users needs.

Improving access to rehabilitation for traumatised refugees

I want to revolutionise the way that refugees, asylum seekers and trafficked persons access rehabilitation by providing a national network of Rehabilitation Advocates, drawn from the refugee community. This is complimented by expert training for service providers. This places refugees at the heart of the solution to the problem and improves their integration prospects.

Community childcare

Can community-led childcare help parents back to work? More generally, are existing sharing schemes working to maximising benefits to the local communities that use them? Barnet Council (UK) is setting up a local innovation bank to implement big society ideas in Barnet. I often hear mention of shared childcare as an issue to be solved - but with no practical ideas attached.

Visual Camp

What if we could give people who are very good at telling stories and communicating through visuals an understanding of how they could better work with public services & civil society and give policy makers new perspectives on how they present their policies and issues they cover and make them more engaging to the public?

Two Face - facilitating options for young people to get involved in street art

The aim is re-frame the super villain using Joseph Campbell 'Heroes journey' as an adapted framework. Turning the "young person" in to a superhero. The service facilitates options for young people to get involved in street art in a non illegal way.
