How can we use the web to help make Coventry an even better place to live?

One of the topics that frequently comes up with my non-Coventry roads is the ring road. People find it tricky to navigate, but if you know the junction numbers the task becomes much simpler - e.g. Junction2 for Pool Meadow.

This idea is to create a simple HTML5 website and mobile App that allows users to quickly search what junction they need for Shop X, Theatre Y, Restaurant Z etc...

With low overheads this idea could possibly be fully paid for by sponsorship from local shops/attractions/et...
