Portfolio a working platform for this idea

I have left a comment on this blog already. I would like to put forward a bid to review how we can work together to incorporate your idea into our newly launched public sector marketplace.
Nottingham City Council has developed www.portfoliocreative.org an innovative new marketplace for the public sector to buy, sell and share marketing creative. Much like your suggestion of sharing physical assets Portfolio encourages local authorities to share resources and save the public sector money.
We are looking at ways to expand upon the concept and we also had the idea that we could expand this to include physical assets, training materials... this list goes on.
I would welcome a discussion on whether this is something we could work together on.
