Konnekt aims to help young people 'konnekt' with the right opportunities regarding their aims and plans for the future through people and contacts, this can relate to all fields through education, employment and training.

The problem

The idea surrounding Konnekt  aims to address the fact that many opportunities are hidden from the view of those seeking them and therefore not aware of their presence. Many as such are over-looked and meaning many missed opportunities.

There are jobs and opportunities out there which individuals might be aware of but have no use for however if there was a platform which could link those in need with that of which is available there would be an increased rate of employment and training.

The idea

Nearly everybody knows of some form of educational, employment or training that is likely to benefit someone. If there was a place where these could be shared it would result in an increased rate of succes for both the organisations and individuals.

- Konnekt aims to do just that

Konnekt is based around connecting those NEET with the right people. It is a fact that most of the market regarding a field like employment is hidden from the common public access.

With Konnekt those with the knowledge of such opportunities can post/ publish them on a form of social konnektivity - Website, social sites, phone apps. Once posted, they can be accessed by the suitable people who can then pursue these with confidence that they are likely to succeed.

A platform where opportunities in employment, training and education can be shared, to a vast audience of those who may be better suited, on a large scale as opposed to a slower medium like word of mouth.

What we need

To be successful this would require a combination of:

- Contribution from regular people with opportunities

- A platform to post new updates of jobs, educational paths or training

- A search criteria with the ability to match the suitable candidates with what is available
