Discover is targetted at young people who have a clear idea of the career path they wish to follow but need insight into the various practical routes that are available to them.

The problem

Due to a lack of work and life experience, young people don't have enough understanding of their next step in life through education, employment or training.

Discover aims to clarify issues and help to create a deeper understanding of available options by providing people with a guided plan to attaining their success using conventional and unconventional means.

Giving people an insight to people who have reached certain roles and the routes taken to get there.

The idea

Many young individuals have the ambition and potential to conquer the world however this becomes distorted when they become stuck without answers or guidance. With Discover they can plan their success and see available routes to attaining their dreams.

Discover formulates itself as a network rich in social connection which can be constructed in the form of a website or app based to help reach the young using teachnology they are familiar with.

It works by helping plot 'routes' to their alotted destinations and displaying possible routes using standard means as well as through people in that current criteria who have submitted their own routes to how they have reached their position.

There are many ways of getting into education or employment through experience, qualifications and networking though it may not always be clear what is required. By seeing how others have done it they can use it to plan and discover a path of their own.

What we need

In order to be a successfull tool there would have to be such requirements:

- A strong network structure of people in variant jobs across many a field and country.

- Involvement and contribution from said individuals as well as those with appropriate knowledge

- Determined people with the ability to interact with people and source works and routes
